The challenge
- Single flat VLAN with CCTV, warehouse scanners, VoIP and finance on the same broadcast domain.
- Wi-Fi dead zones across warehouse floors interrupting handheld scanners.
- No VPN between branches; files moved by external drives.
What we did
- Recabled and certified all six sites with labelled patching and tidy racks.
- Designed VLAN segmentation with firewall policy per zone and dual-WAN failover.
- Predictive plus validated Wi-Fi design for warehouse coverage and roaming.
- Deployed WireGuard site-to-site mesh, hosted PBX with QoS and IP CCTV with 30-day retention.
- Placed the client on a managed retainer with monthly health reporting.
