- Managed AFRINIC ASN and IPv4/IPv6 resource applications plus IRR and RPKI registration.
- Designed a dual-upstream core with IXP peering and clean prefix filtering.
- Built the service edge for PPPoE with RADIUS, shaping profiles and CGNAT.
- Integrated provisioning with the billing platform and automated subscriber onboarding.
- Delivered monitoring, documentation and two weeks of hands-on operator training.
